Unless the lot attendant is extremely small or large, the is NO reason to adjust the driver seat settings! I spent over 10 minutes re-adjusting to my comfort satisfaction. Everyting was changed...height, angle, thigh support...really????

I have been buying cars, both new and used for the past 50 years. I have visited multiple dealerships in several states. Took 4.5 hours for simple annual inspection and new tires. If I had it to do over I would have declined to purchase tires there. Added over two hours to the process. I was told that my car was on the rack. If so why 2 hours. Sam's Club can install tires in 20 min if it is already on the rack. Your representative at the service desk aaron was very polite. This delay wasn't his fault. I felt sorry that he had to hear the complaints for poor scheduling and shop floor time management.

Very high cost for work performed and then none of the gauges were reset. The tires had low air pressure and were not checked. No good experience.
